朱倫翰（1680~1760），清代。字涵齋，號亦軒、一三?？滴跷迨荒晡溥M(jìn)士，官至正黃旗副都統(tǒng)。高其佩甥，其指畫技法得于其舅。亦工詩。作品有《指畫采芝圖軸》等。
